Verity is self-leadership from the Inside-Out.

It is an invitation to become a conscious participant in your own life.

We are born into a story already in motion.  We inherit ways of thinking, responding and relating to ourselves & the world around us.

Over time, what becomes familiar can begin to lead us without our awareness.

Verity develops the awareness & capacity to recognise what is happening within you, consciously choose where you stand, and take ownership of how you participate in your life.
